Inspired by my retreat mornings of beachside movement, breezes blowing from whatever sea or ocean we are near- Mediterranean, Adriatic, Atlantic- I have been wanting to get these events in the mix. We sold out our yoga mornings here. Now, we get to dance as the day rises over the Atlantic.

ALL LEVELS WELCOME. No, no, no no and no: You do NOT need to be a dancer. Just need to love a rocking good time. Wear sneakers, bring water + perhaps a towel. Recommended for 10+ yrs old.

This spot is unbelievable. Sandy Hook Life Saving Station Building has been restored and updated so that we get to dance under ceiling beams from the 1890’s. Sand dunes + Atlantic Ocean in front of us. History enveloping us. A cardio, dance class for EVERYONE!

I am so honored to be partnering up with the venerable Sandy Hook Foundation. 50% of all registrations is donated to the Sandy Hook Foundation.
