Inspired by my retreat mornings of beachside yoga, breezes blowing from whatever sea or ocean we are near- Mediterranean, Adriatic, Atlantic- I have been wanting to get this event in the mix. For me and for all of you who have been asking for a yoga event. This one is not to be missed.

This spot is unbelievable. Sandy Hook Life Saving Station Building has been restored and updated so that we get to practice yoga under ceiling beams from the 1890’s. Sand dunes + Atlantic Ocean in front of us. History enveloping us. A morning yoga practice for ALL LEVELS. And for those of you who have been long asking—- not in a hot room :).

I am so honored to be partnering up with the venerable Sandy Hook Foundation. 50% of all registrations is donated to the Sandy Hook Foundation.
